After being released pubg new state. People started downloading it and started playing. I don't know the accurate analytics. But million players downloaded it within 2 hour.
Because of too much traffic. Pubg new state servers got crash. After 2-4 hours of release people were not able to play pubg new state. When they open the game. It was saying "can not connect to the server". To fix this issue pubg new state announced to go for maintenance for some hours.
After 4-5 hours the servers was working fine. But one more issue was with log in. Many people were not able to log in. It was a bug which they fixed in some hours maintainence.

There are also many in game problem. Many people purchased nc. But they got it some hours later and many thing are not working properly. There are also new setting of graphics.
Overall pubg new state got too many problem after release. Gamers was not able to play it constantly. Some gamers got disconnected during match. Then login problem and high ping problem. Poor performance and all thing ruined the user experience. It was in maintenance moreover than 12 hours after realease.
This was some valid reasons why people are hating it. In google play store it has rating of 3.7 and 846k+ reviews. Where pubg mobile has 4.2 and more than 39 million reviews. But let se what happens next. Krafton can improve the game. There are also some free fire players who is spreading hatred against pubg new state.
